Chotto Matte’s “Love Parade” entertainment will begin at 7 p.m. each night and will be complemented by three aphrodisiac dishes spotlighting its cuisine’s fusion of Peruvian and Japanese ingredients and techniques:

  • Matcha-Mango Cheesecake Mousse: A creamy dessert accented by blueberry and yuzu salsa and served with coconut sorbet and sesame tuile ($19.50).

Foodies will appreciate Chotto Matte’s “Nikkei Menus” ($60 to $155) — gourmet, shareable dinners that showcase popular menu items including King Mushroom Oyster Tostadas, Lychee Ceviche, Black Cod Aji Miso, and Wagyu Beef Gyoza.
