Beaker & Gray will kick-off their 2023 International Dinner Series with a wok-tastic, four-course culinary experience that pays homage to Chinese takeout classics on Thursday, June 22nd at 7:30 pm. This dinner features one-of-a-kind delicacies created exclusively for this event by Chef/Owner Brian Nasajon. Tickets are $84 (+ tax) per person. Gratuity is included in the price. The menu features a welcome cocktail called Baijiu a Drink with Atian Gin, baijiu, lychee cordial, tonic & Caribbean bitters; a first course of Oxtail Eggroll with duck yolk egg drop soup; followed by a second course of General Tso’s Chicken with crispy wings & drums; a third course of Kung Pao Peking Duck with char siu pork lo mein & crab fried rice; and finished with Chinese Donuts with condensed milk & Chinese five spice.
