Salty Flame, the new modern steakhouse by V&E Hospitality Group, is now open on Miami’s famed Brickell Avenue for lunch and dinner. Taking a vibe-driven approach to fine dining,  Salty Flame offers modern steakhouse options combined with Asian-influenced dishes, inviting guests on a journey where tradition meets innovation. The restaurant promises a vibe-dining experience unlike any other, elevating the palate with an inspired menu that marries the artistry of premium cuts of meat with the flavorful spices and exquisite techniques of Asian cuisine.

V&E Hospitality Group, also known as Vida & Estilo (life and style in Spanish) Hospitality Group, encompasses some of the most recognizable dining concepts, hotels and nightlife destinations in Miami and Las Vegas. Founded in 1996, the group has opened and operated more than 20 restaurants.  The hospitality group focuses on seamlessly integrating distinctive experiences, gastronomy, mixology, entertainment, music and ambiance at every location. With an esteemed and diverse portfolio of restaurants and nightlife, including PaperFish, V&E Hospitality Group is taking over South Brickell’s 14th Street with their newest concept – Salty Flame.

“We are incredibly excited to introduce our newest concept to the heart of Brickell,” says Jamil Dib, Co-Founder and owner of V&E Hospitality. “Salty Flame transcends the ordinary steak bar, offering a fun dining experience infused with an enticing Asian fusion twist, creating an exceptional ambiance that truly sets it apart.”

The menu, by renowned Executive Chefs Michael Asalie and Alex Martinez, offers a varied selection of quality dishes for guests to indulge in for both lunch and dinner. Complementing the culinary experience are expertly crafted cocktails, prepared by mixologists who create a day to night to late night experience with evolving menus. The restaurant features a DJ to create a high-energy atmosphere in an inviting environment designed to encourage guests to interact and mingle.

Guests indulge in the menu of premium meat, all served to be shared, including both premium dry-aged and traditional steaks such as Filet Mignon, Rib Eye, Prime Cowboy Ribeye, mouth-watering Japanese A-5 Wagyu Striploin, and more — all served thinly-sliced. Pair these entrées with unique side dishes such as Stir-Fried Milk Bok Choy or Kimchi Truffle Fries for an all-encompassing dining experience.

Infusing Asian influence into their offerings, diners can expect an assortment of delicacies from street fare to bistro delights, rolls, sashimi, rice and  noodles, and a full steak bar. Meant to be shared, there are  dishes such as Korean Fried Chicken, a crispy chicken thigh, glazed with sweet gochujang and topped with scallions, sesame seeds and kimchi aioli; Steamed Striped Bass served in shaoxing broth, topped with scallions, ginger, cilantro and fresno chili; and  Salmon Avocado Roll with asparagus, cream cheese, avocado and savory truffle eel sauce.

The venue has 8,000-square-feet of both indoor and outdoor space. The restaurant boasts a 130-seat main dining room and two private dining areas  — the Sapphire lounge seats 40 guests and the Reflection room seats 12, along with an outdoor wrap-around terrace. The design features contemporary decor, a rectangular bar-area lined with emerald velvet bar-stools, plush green and black velvet booths  and high-top tables. As guests walk through the space, the decor transports them to the Far East with red velvet and  gold accents, and ambient lighting, all highlighting the  open-concept kitchen.  The DJ booth, state-of-the-art sound system and three hidden TVs for special events, provide  an unbeatable atmosphere.
