An exciting lineup of world-renowned chefs, master mixologists, Michelin-starred restaurants and local Miami artists are coming together at SLS Brickell Hotel on Saturday, November 4th for Taste of SLS, an iconic annual celebration of culinary creativity, extraordinary experiences and decadent nightlife powered by SLS Hotels.
Hosted in Brickell for the first time ever, this year’s event will guide gourmands on an epicurean adventure across the luxury-lifestyle hotel, winding through three floors, two outdoor terraces, and one grand ballroom transformed into a dazzling discotheque — where six-time Grammy winner, powerhouse producer and multi-hyphenated artist Questlove will take over the decks for an unforgettable dance party.
The 5th edition of Taste of SLS begins with a feast of unlimited light bites and craft cocktails dreamed up by a global collective of award-winning chefs, bars and restaurants from SLS Hotels around the world: Colombian chef Juan Manuel Barrientos’ edible art from El Cielo at SLS South Beach; Bahamian-meets-Mediterranean fare from Cleo at SLS Baha Mar; wood-fire Italian from Fi’lia at SLS Brickell, and many others.
Also new this year, a curated group of Miami’s best restaurants will make their Taste of SLS debut with signature dishes and new menu previews, including Michelin-starred restaurant Stubborn Seed by Chef Jeremy Ford and renowned Basque restaurant Leku, recently named one of the best restaurants in Miami by Conde Nast Traveler.
In addition to culinary tastings, bespoke cocktails and a premium open bar, partygoers will revel in a “taste” of SLS’ famous nightlife scene. Local DJs and musicians will keep guests grooving while interactive performers add a dash of playful mischief to every space.
“This is a brand-new Taste of SLS experience,” says Sinem Kaya, Complex General Manager of SLS Brickell and SLS LUX. “From the chefs, to the music, to the entertainment, every element has been reimagined to be bigger, better, and more magical than ever. We can’t wait to raise the curtain.”
Taste of SLS is presented in collaboration with Chase Sapphire. Chase Sapphire Reserve and Preferred cardmembers can enjoy exclusive perks including front-of-house viewing with a VIP area at the event featuring a DJ set by Questlove as well as access to chef demos and tastings, and an open bar. Sapphire Reserve and Preferred cardmembers can purchase tickets on the Chase Ultimate Rewards platform. SLS partner Kraft Heinz will also tantalize taste buds with samples of gourmet sauces and elevated honeys from the Heinz 57 Collection, while Saint James Iced Tea will delight with interactive demos and sample tastings. Additionally, Wander + Ivy will provide premium, organic single-serve wine during the event.

General Admission tickets start at $100 per guest (early bird pricing) and are available online at TasteofSLS.com. Must be 21+ to purchase. Tickets include premium open bar, light bites, food demos and sample tastings from 8:00 to 10:00 pm; plus access to all event areas, including the ballroom and Questlove’s performance from 10:00 pm till late. Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase after 10:00 pm.
