Zoo Boo 2023

Date: October 28th and 29th, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Zoo Boo at Zoo Miami is South Florida’s number one trick-or-treating event. Families and kids ages 12 and under are invited to trick-or-treat in costumes, participate in a costume contest, meet special characters, make Halloween crafts, see the animals receive their Halloween goodies, and much more. Concert for Kids Tricks and Treats

Location: New World Center Miami Beach

Families can enjoy a spooktacular afternoon at the New World Center for Tricks and Treats. It’s NWS’s first Concert for Kids program of the season, featuring scary-good musical favorites conducted by Molly Turner. Costumes are encouraged, and there will be pre-concert activities and a chance to meet the NWS Fellows. These concerts are designed with young ones aged four to nine in mind.

 

North Bay Village Spooktacular Halloween

Nothing feels more like fall than wandering through a Halloween maze, which is what you’ll do from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the North Bay Village Spooktacular Halloween in Dr. Paul Vogel Community Park. Once you’ve found your way out of the haunted labyrinth in North Bay Village, grab some free popcorn and Halloween candy and enjoy an interactive magic show. Kids can get their faces painted for free, too, and compete in a costume contest with both kids and teens divisions.

 

Halloween Haunted Trails And Kids Zone

Enchanted Forest Elaine Gordon Park in North Miami combines Halloween and a fall-themed festival during its all-ages Halloween Haunted Trails and Kids Zone party from 7-11 p.m. Families can jump aboard a hayride or walk one of the park’s haunted trails, where you never know what’ll be lurking around the next corner. Kids who don’t want to venture into the dark can hang out in the special Family Fun Zone Party, which will feature pony rides, a costume parade, music, games and plenty of food for purchase.

 

Kiddo-Ween Party

Kiddos Magazine is throwing its annual Kiddo-ween Halloween Party at the fountain plaza at CityPlace Doral from 2-8 p.m. This year’s big draw will undoubtedly be the Barbie-themed play area, but kids who don’t play with Barbies can also visit the petting zoo, take a train ride or enter a Hula-Hoop contest. There’ll also be a live band and magic show as well as a costume runway show and inflatable characters at this Doral event.

The City of South Miami teams up with Miami Kids Magazine for a Halloween block party from 4-7 p.m. The Safe Streets Halloween celebration will happen inside The Shops at Sunset Place, where families will find free candy, prizes, pumpkin decorating, inflatables and a live appearance from dog sleuth Scooby-Doo. Kids can also register for the costume contest, which will be broken down into divisions for little kids, big kids and the entire family.

 

Food Truck Tuesdays Halloween Party At Haulover Park

Haulover Park’s usual Tuesday night food truck roundup takes a Halloween turn from 5-10 p.m. for the Food Truck Tuesdays Halloween Party.
