Miami Beach, Fla. StripSteak by Michael Mina has already drawn raves for its ultra-chic setting and innovative steakhouse cuisine sinceopening just a few months ago. Located in the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, the restaurant will now introduce a lavish Sunday Brunch, putting a fresh spin on the brunch concept for the legendary hotel.


Offered every Sunday, for $68 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, guests will be greeted with the restaurant’s signature cocktail, the fizzy Bellboy, before indulging in freshly baked breads, choice of appetizer and entrée, an endless circulating seafood cart and a bountiful dessert station complete with artisanal pastries and Greek yogurt parfait bar.


Brunch-goers will begin with choice of appetizer, such as Scottish Smoked Salmon with fennel and apple slaw, potato roesti and caviar cream;Braised Bacon with tempura oyster, jicama salad and sweet soy glaze and Duck & Ricotta Cavatelli with black trumpet mushrooms, parmesan and butternut squash. Entrée choices are just as delectable, with options including American Wagyu Flat Iron Steak, wood grilled and served with a house-made smoked onion steak sauce; Maine Lobster Benedict atop toasted sourdough with avocado and hollandaise and Brioche French Toast with salted caramel, maple reduction and toasted oat whipped cream. Seafood carts will circulate the room offering endlessshellfish and oyster shooters as well as tuna tartare prepared tableside, while desserts will be displayed on the bar for limitless enjoyment, including artisanal pastries, an array of sweets, fresh fruit and berries and a Greek yogurt parfait bar.


Additional small plates such as Truffled Mac & Cheese, Michael Mina’s Famous Duck Fat Fries and Tempura Maitake Mushrooms with Salted Plum are available for the table to share for an additional $8 each.
