Each vendor is selected for not only their exceptional menus and dishes but also their ability to celebrate cuisines of different cultures and backgrounds.”

As Shoma Bazaar welcomes Amazonica, guests will experience a culinary adventure bringing the enchanting flavors and traditions of South America and Spain to the diverse culinary and entertainment destination. Just in time for Labor Day weekend, Amazonica will make its debut as a full time vendor on September 1. To celebrate its grand opening, Amazonica will be offering free Obleas filled with Nutella or Arequipe on September 7 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Originally the shaved ice shop gained popularity because of its famous and refreshing Cholados, a shaved ice treat with condensed milk, ice cream, fresh fruit, and other sweets.
