Chefs Clayton Miller and Todd Erickson Bring Southern Comfort to Spice
The Miami Spice Mash-Up series, presented by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), pays tribute to the fabulous food scene in Miami and the Beaches, with curated collaborations between some of the area’s most popular chefs. Celebrating the Miami Spice Restaurant Program (August-September), the next exciting installment of the Mash-up series continues in July with chefs Clayton Miller of 50 Eggs and Todd Erickson of HaVen Gastro-Lounge.
On Thursday, July 24, 2014, Clay and Todd will team up to deliver a menu of indulgent southern comfortcuisine at Swine Southern Table & Bar. Guests can enjoy a five-course meal serving as a sneak peek of each chef’s enticing Miami Spice menus, with two savory dishes per chef and a dessert crafted by the duo for $65 per person including a complimentary Botran Rum Old Fashioned and Stella Artois (excluding gratuity and additional alcohol purchases).
Each unique Miami Spice Mash-Up, limited to 40 seats, is an exclusive preview of each chef’s Miami Spice menus as well as an opportunity to interact with them. Food enthusiasts should stay tuned for more excitingannouncements as the Miami Spice Restaurant Program kicks-off on August 1st and the Mash-Up dinner series continues in September.
