Sam Fox, eleven-time James Beard-nominated restauranteur and founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is opening the doors of the much-anticipated restaurant and bar, The Henry, on June 21st at Brickell City Centre in Miami. The Henry, known for its globally-inspired new American cuisine and daily breakfast, will provide a vibing, everyday dining experience with a mouthwatering menu for locals and visitors alike.

The Henry Miami offers an exquisite breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu curated by Executive Chef Orlando Arroyo. Popular dishes include Short-Rib Potstickers with toasted sesame, cilantro, and ponzu; Spicy Tuna & Crispy Rice with fresno chile, cilantro, and tamari; Scottish Salmon with cauliflower tahini, toasted grains, lemon sultana vinaigrette, watercress and Korean Prime Skirt Steak with spicy double egg fried rice, pickled shiitakes, and ginger. For guests looking to celebrate the weekend, meet up with an old friend, throw an incredible birthday party, or just experience something unlike anything else, The Henry’s famous brunch is the place to be. Located on the first level of Brickell City Centre on the northeast corner of Miami Avenue and 8th Street, no detail was spared in the Smith Hanes-designed 260-seat restaurant with 8,914 square feet of indoor and outdoor seating. It is intended to be a beautiful, lively community go-to that will leave guests wanting to come back, time and time again. The main dining room is filled with warm wood complemented by lavish and elegant lush greenery, leather banquettes, white marble tables, and lounge areas. A 68-seat bar, both inside and outside, creates a welcoming and irresistible atmosphere focused on comfort, encouraging guests to sit for a cocktail or stay for a sophisticated yet approachable meal. The cocktail menu boasts must-try favorites like the Spicy Margarita with tequila rosa, jalapeño spiced agave, and fresh lime; Mojito with Havana Club añejo blanco, pressed lime, wild mint, and Don Q añejo float; and Thai Grapefruit Smash with vodka, fresh Thai basil, ruby grapefruit, and Himalayan salt. The Henry’s extensive cocktail, wine, and spirits menu will leave guests wanting to order a few additional rounds.
The Henry will have a ventanita (coffee window) open daily at 7 a.m., serving coffee and pastries to patrons. Lunch will be served Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and dinner will be served Sunday through Wednesday from 4 to 11 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to midnight.
