Following inspiration from its original location in Doha, Qatar, TULUM boasts an organic aesthetic featuring earthy hues, ample greenery, warm wooden accents, and floor-to-ceiling windows with unparalleled views of the mesmerizing Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Perched gracefully on the 15th floor of the hotel, adjacent to the picturesque pool deck, the indoor-outdoor rooftop restaurant offers a private dining room and significant space perfect for buyouts, intimate gatherings, and celebrations.

With a menu inspired by global flavors, every aspect of TULUM, from its sleek architectural design to its rich earth-toned hues and lushly adorned patio, is meticulously curated to whisk guests away on a gastronomic journey that promises to tantalize the senses and leave a lasting impression on hotel residents and diners alike. Its breakfast menu includes breakfast favorites like Latin Avocado Toast, 24-Hour French Toast, a variety of omelet dishes, and more. TULUM offers guests a lunch menu featuring a delicious Tulum Beast Burger made with 8oz blend of Bison, Elk, Wild Boar, and Wagyu Beef, grilled queso fresco, demi-glazed mushrooms, arugula salad, red onions, and tomato jam; Herbed-Brined Wings, jumbo wings tossed in choice of Sofrito Rub, housemade Buffalo or Miami BBQ; and Aji Chicken Sandwich made with buttermilk fried chicken, aji amarillo aioli, roasted tomato gremolata slaw served on Brioche bun. TULUM will open daily for breakfast (7 a.m. to 11a.m.) and lunch (11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), with dinner launching in the fall.
