SOBEWFF x Constellation Culinary Group
The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One (SOBEWFF®) is teaming up with Constellation Culinary Group to offer a one stop, no shop Thanksgiving Table To-Go this holiday season. Impress guests with one of three conveniently prepared dinner packages specially curated by the SOBEWFF® team in collaboration with Constellation Culinary Group Executive Chef Aaron Janus. All dishes come fully cooked with reheating instructions, and include the option to purchase a festive flower arrangement from Anthology Co. for an additional $60. In line with SOBEWFF® and its mission to give back, 100 percent of the net proceeds will benefit the Festival’s efforts to aid the local hospitality industry during the continued regrowth and recovery phase. In addition, for every 25 packages sold, SOBEWFF® will donate a holiday family meal to a local member of the United States Bartenders’ Guild impacted by the pandemic. Each Thanksgiving dinner package includes entrée(s), two salads, a choice of three side dishes, bread, accompaniments, two dessert(s), wine from La Crema, Aqua Panna® Natural Spring Water, S.Pellegrino® Sparkling Natural Mineral Water, and a canister of illy Classico Ground Drip Coffee. The pick-up location will also serve as a drop-off point for the FIU Food Pantry, where purchasers of the SOBEWFF® Thanksgiving Table To-Go are encouraged to drop-off pantry and toiletry items for FIU students facing food insecurities.

This Thanksgiving, Coconut Grove eatery Ariete is offering a special Thanksgiving family-style menu available for dine-in and carryout. Guests who choose to do Thanksgiving at home can pick up To Go Kits with ingredients and instructions to prepare an Ariete Thanksgiving at home. Priced at $85 per person for takeout and $75 per person for dine-in, the festive menu feeds families of 4 and 8. BOURBON STEAK, Chef Michael Mina’s award-winning steakhouse inside the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, will be offering a three-course prix fixe for Thanksgiving. Priced at $105 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will have a choice of an appetizer, entree accompanied by a trio of farm fresh side dishes and a dessert from the restaurant’s coveted daily menu. Special on the menu in celebration of the holiday, a Wood-Grilled Free Range Turkey with cornbread-foie gras stuffing, tangerine cranberry sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, cider glazed yams and black truffle gravy. A contemporary American eatery, CORSAIR Kitchen & Bar has reopened just in time for the holidays. The Aventura restaurant located inside the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa overlooking the golf courses, will be offering a three-course family-style Thanksgiving menu. Available for dine-in from 12PM until 8PM and priced at $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the prix-fixe gives guests the choice of an appetizer, followed by Thanksgiving dinner for the table and an indulgent dessert platter. Appetizer options include Roasted Pumpkin Bisque with dried pears, cinnamon cream, sage and toasted pine nuts; Salad of Fall Leaves with roasted beets, caramelized apples, pecans, blue cheese and maple dressing; and Prosciutto & Figs with compressed melons, feta, baby arugula and balsamic dressing.
