Impress guests with one of three conveniently prepared dinner packages specially curated by the SOBEWFF® team in collaboration with Constellation Culinary Group Executive Chef Aaron Janus. All dishes come fully cooked with reheating instructions, and include the option to purchase a festive flower arrangement from Anthology Co. for an additional $60. Available for dine-in from 12PM until 8PM and priced at $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the prix-fixe gives guests the choice of an appetizer, followed by Thanksgiving dinner for the table and an indulgent dessert platter. Appetizer options include Roasted Pumpkin Bisque with dried pears, cinnamon cream, sage and toasted pine nuts; Salad of Fall Leaves with roasted beets, caramelized apples, pecans, blue cheese and maple dressing; and Prosciutto & Figs with compressed melons, feta, baby arugula and balsamic dressing.
