When you’ve got truffles, you don’t need jewels to score a diamond. ;) Truffles AKA the diamonds of the kitchen are some of the most elusive food ingredients in the world. Just in time for autumn/fall truffle season, Miami restaurants have some truffle hidden gems to enjoy the fragrant fungi this season.

White truffles are known for their aromatic scents and rich flavors, often found as shaved toppers like in Negroni Midtown’s Truffle Gnocchi. On the other hand, black truffles maintain their robust flavors when heated, making them an elegant ingredient for butters, oils and sauces, such as in Kosushi Miami’s truffle dressing in their Salmon Truffle Maki.

We’ve compiled a list of some of the best SoFlo spots serving up various truffle selections this season.
