Chotto Matte, a hidden gem in Miami Beach right off Lincoln Road, stylishly incorporates the bold flavors of Peru with Japanese techniques to celebrate the best authentic and innovative Nikkei cuisine. This December, the restaurant is kicking off “Monday Industry Nights,” a spin on its current weekday Chotto Hour promotion designed for industry professionals who may not make regular happy hour times. Available all night long every Monday, guests can indulge in the art of unwinding, Nikkei-style, from 5 p.m. to close with enticing offers such as generous 2-for-1 deals on selected cocktails, spirits and wine, alongside a Nikkei bar bites menu with plates ranging from $4 to $13. Late-Night Happy Hour at JOEY Aventura

This winter, JOEY Aventura’s late-night happy hour is the go-to destination for delicious late-night drinks and snacks in an otherwise tame part of town. The highly anticipated first Florida location of the iconic Canadian-based JOEY Restaurants, which opened at Esplanade at Aventura this past summer, is serving happy hour from 9 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Enjoy a relaxed yet elevated round of drinks and snacks or a filling precursor to an even later evening with $2 off all pints of beer and glasses of wine, 15% off select wine bottles and bubbles, and discounted cocktails and food favorites such as the Casamigos Blanco Margarita ($16) and the Seared Salmon Sushi ($20.25). Nestled in the heart of Wynwood, Uchi, known for James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole’s contemporary take on Japanese cuisine, is elevating its acclaimed happy hour with an enticing array of refreshed menu items available daily from 5-6:30 p.m. Uchi Miami unveils an assortment of tantalizing bites featuring newly introduced dishes alongside special pricing on cocktails, beer and wine. Guests can also enjoy 50% off all sparkling wine and champagne. Priced between $6 and $16, the new happy hour dishes include two-piece nigiri offerings: Suika (roasted watermelon) ($9), Boquerones (Spanish anchovies) ($6) and BlueFin Akami Zuke (marinated tuna loin) ($16).
