After months of anticipation, Tablé by Bachour, the chic and sophisticated new restaurant from pastry impresario cum restaurateur Antonio Bachour, opened its doors in the Miami Design District on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. It is the chef’s most ambitious venture to date, with close to 5,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor cafe, dining and bar space on what can only be described as Miami’s Rodeo Drive. The elegant restaurant will have the soul of a classic Parisian brasserie but with a modern sheen, including a sleek design that will complement its sophisticated culinary offerings. “Tablé is a restaurant in sync with this time and this place,” says Bachour, whose restaurant empire encompasses outposts in Coral Gables, Doral and Mexico. “Classic technique and French flavors and textures have been a huge part of my career and helped build my reputation. Tablé is an evolution of that and should bring something truly special to Miami, which is now a serious ‘food city’ in its own right.
