Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden is set to celebrate the launch of “Rhythm & Blooms: A Sunset Jazz Series”, on Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guests will be treated to a night filled with gourmet selections, alongside signature exotic Jungle Bird cocktail, specially crafted to complement the captivating Brazilian beats, while lively lawn games invite for competition, and more right in the heart of Coral Gables.
This evening promises a splendid fusion of jazz, set against the breathtaking landscapes of the garden. Featuring the harmonious rhythms of the Sambelele Trio, offering guests a unique blend of bossa nova, samba, and classic jazz in the stunning setting of the garden’s Bailey Palm Glade.
Brazilian singer Lele Barros, also known as Sambalele in South Florida. Revitalized within the American music scene in 2018, her performances showcase the vibrant blend of musical styles, promising an evening of unforgettable entertainment.
To elevate the evening further, guests have the option to pre-order a specially curated picnic basket up to three days before the event. Each meticulously prepared basket includes a delightful selection of appetizers, such as a refreshing Broccoli Vegetable Salad. For the main course, guests can indulge in a choice between a savory Chicken Wrap or Veggie Wrap. Accompanying these delicious options are sides like creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip paired with crispy Tortilla Chips. To sweeten the experience, the basket concludes with a delicious Coconut Cake for dessert.
