Lengua, Miami’s premier award-winning food marketing conference created by Gluttonomy, has announced its anticipated return for its third year, presenting an all-star lineup of speakers and industry events sponsored by Amex/Resy and S.Pellegrino. Taking place on April 17 and 18 at The Hub Miami, the two-day conference brings together industry leaders, innovators, and globally recognized, award-winning chefs for a dynamic program of panels, keynote speakers, and chef-driven dinners.

Uniting hospitality leaders and food and beverage innovators, Lengua aims to shine a spotlight on Miami’s burgeoning food industry, filling a crucial void in the market by providing a platform for both up-and-coming and established professionals in the hospitality sector. With a focus on growth, this year’s conference will delve into essential topics designed to propel brands and F&B businesses forward. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, marketer, chef, or business owner within the food, beverage, and hospitality industries, Lengua offers unparalleled opportunities for networking, learning, and inspiration.

The conference, moderated by Ryan King, features notable visiting speakers confirmed for this year’s conference including, Roni Mazumdar & Chintan Pandya (Unapologetic Foods), Pablo Rivero (Amex/Resy), Mitsuharu Tsumura (MAIDO), Mark Rosati (Shake Shack) and Jenny Goodman (Tilt). Local speakers include Gluttonomy founder Nidal Barake, Antonio Bachour (Bachour), Tony Cho (Metro 1) Karla Hoyos (Tacotomia), Will Thompson (Jaguar Sun), and Bernardo Paladini (Torno Subito).

The two-day conference will feature a Networking Hour sponsored by Estrella Damm with activations from S.Pellegrino, and food concepts from Julia & Henry’s food hall.

“Gluttonomy is proud to pioneer Lengua, filling a significant gap in Florida’s event landscape. With Lengua, we’ve created a dynamic platform where food marketers and industry professionals can gather, learn, and thrive,  which has continued to grow over the past couple of years,” said Nidal Barake, founder of Gluttonomy and Lengua Conference. “While many events prioritize consumer experiences, Lengua offers invaluable insights and trends directly relevant to industry disruptors and food marketing professionals. We aim to fuel innovation and collaboration within the F&B community, setting new standards for industry education and growth.”

The event was launched in 2022 and was an instant success, earning a Gold Award from the MUSE Creative Awards. This proves Gluttonomy’s dedication to creating an impactful and distinctive program.
