The Miami Beach EDITION will once again take part in the annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival. On deck this year are popular events including Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s signature brunch at MATADOR ROOM.
Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will also be back to host the sixth annual Ping Pong & Pizzas event at MARKET at EDITION.This year his son Cedric Vongerichten & daughter in-law Ochi Latijuba Vongerichten will co-host the iconic event. Guests will enjoy special wood fired pizzas, such as Black Truffle, Spicy Chorizo and Fresh Mozzarella & Basil, in addition to other signature MARKET items. Select desserts, such as MARKET’s famous carrot cake with dulce de leche Rice Krispies on top, will also be on display at the late-night party. Specialty cocktails will flow throughout the evening while guests will have the opportunity to challenge Jean-Georges and some of his famous chef friends at a classic game of Ping Pong, before heading to Basement Bowl for the official after party.
The Miami Beach EDITION will also be partnering with Salt & Straw to unveil a limited EDITION black tea ice cream flavor which will be available at the hotel from Thursday, February 23rd to Saturday, February 25th.

The Miami Beach EDITION x Salt & Straw Lobby Bar Event
Experience an evening at the luxurious Lobby Bar while sipping on one-of-a-kind Affogato inspired drinks featuring Salt & Straw’s signature flavors. Indulge in the Death By Chocolate Affogato featuring Chocolate Gooey Brownie ice cream, chocolate syrup, and a double shot of espresso topped with chocolate whipped cream and Black Volcanic salt or try the Vegan Peanut Butter Toffee Affogato mixed with Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge ice cream and a double shot of espresso finished off with peanut butter coconut whipped cream and shaved chocolate. For those looking to sip on an elegent cocktail, the Bourbon & Vanilla Boozy Affogato is perfect, featuring Double Fold Vanilla ice cream, a shot of Bourbon, and a double shot of espresso topped with whipped coffee and a charred cinnamon stick.

Ping Pong & Pizzas: A Family Affair
Back for round Six, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will host the 6th annual Ping Pong & Pizzas late night event on Friday, February 24 from 10PM to Midnight. Guests will enjoy a vast Italian spread of Market’s favorites to be washed down with specialty cocktails and a chance to take on the master himself in a round of ping pong.

Brunch Hosted By Jean-Georges Vongerichten
Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will host a Saturday brunch at his glamourous, historic and reinvented MATADOR ROOM at The Miami Beach EDITION, where classic cuisine gets a modern twist, upgraded for a new generation. Inspired by the flavors of Spain, South America, and the Caribbean, and like everything Vongerichten does, each dish will be reimagined with revivifying detail. Working with only the most select seasonal ingredients, this accomplished chef will be pulling out all the stops to create a luxurious menu for this ultra-chic brunch that’s anything but basic.
