What’s pasta-bly the best day of the year? You may have guessed it… October 17 because it is National Pasta Day!

If you are looking for a briny taste with a hint of Umami this dish will blow you away. Made with fermented peppers, lemon, and chives, the dish’s star is the extremely rare Sunray Venus Clams. If you’re looking for a very special way to celebrate National Pasta Month, Villa Azur has a unique, tableside pasta option that will provide you with a delicious dinner and a personal show. Enjoy their Pâte à la Meule, perfectly-cooked pasta tossed tableside in a parmesan wheel, set aflame in cognac and swirled in a delicate mushroom sauce.
