Offered daily from 5 – 6:30 p.m., the delicately designed happy hour menu features  half-off all sparkling wine and champagne to spritz up each evening alongside small yet poignant tastings. This summer, Uchi is collaborating with the high-end champagne brand House of Krug starting on July 11 to honor the global symbol of sustenance and vitality — the culinary chameleon we call rice. Experience the French Apéro at Villa Azur’s “L’ete en Or”

Starting from July 6 until September 30, guests at Miami Beach’s elegant European supper club Villa Azur will be whisked away to the French Riviera as part of the restaurant’s L’ete en Or, meaning “The Golden Summer.” The traditional French experience takes place Wednesday through Sunday from 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m, pairing Château Minutey rosé with oysters and Petrossian caviar as part of two exclusive dining options, FRESH & FLIRTY ($145 or $260) and LE SOMPTUEUX ($270 or $385). Every day from 4 – 7 p.m., Midtown Miami’s favorite local hotspot Negroni Bistro & Sushi Bar is serving up its brand new summer happy hour menu, with all food and drink priced at $8 (craft beer at $6). The Latin American restaurant brand features a diverse international menu amongst its Nekkei sushi bar, which focuses on tastes from Japan to Peru. This season, guests can snack on the fusion Tuna Tartare Tostada ($8), a crispy corn tortilla topped with ahi tuna, avocado, ponzu sauce and micro cilantro, while sipping on the Summer Shade ($8), mixed with Grey Goose Vodka, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, fresh basil, sparkling water and aromatic bitters. Vista Pool Bar

Summertime at Novotel Miami Brickell is Summer done right. Check out its tasty weekday Happy Hour, The daily Happy Hour at the Vista rooftop bar takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. and includes a variety of $7 bites from cheeseburgers to crabcakes to falafel. The drink menu starts at $5 for beer & wine and $8 cocktails. Cocktail highlights are the Novotel Blackberry Lemonade mixed with tequila, lemon juice, triple sec, and blackberry syrup; the Cafecito Loco, a concoction of rum, espresso, Liquor 43, and simple syrup; and the tropical Maracuya Spritz, a combination of Aperol, prosecco and passion fruit ($8 each).
