WoodHouse, the hospitality developer and operator known for its creative and experiential concepts, announced that The Hotel at The Moore in Miami’s Design District will open on October 14, 2024. Situated on the fourth floor of the iconic Moore building, the hotel’s opening marks the final phase of the landmark’s reimagination into a new cultural destination, encompassing a private members club, public restaurant, boutique hotel, executive offices and gallery space. Comprising just 13 suites, The Hotel offers its guests unparalleled luxury and intimacy, as well as access to the building’s full scope of amenities and hospitality offerings.

The Hotel at The Moore is designed to feel like a private residence, providing a level of privacy, elegance, and experience that only a boutique hotel can offer. Rooms range in size from approximately 700 square feet to the largest suites exceeding 1,000 square feet. Each spacious suite offers luxurious accommodations and features a distinct design theme. No two rooms are the same, allowing guests to enjoy a truly unique and memorable stay.

During the extent of their stay, hotel guests have full access to all the members-only comforts of The Club at The Moore. Each space within The Club offers a unique experience, providing the opportunity to engage in a social atmosphere unlike any other in the city. Amenities include The Club restaurant and dining room, a karaoke room, hidden cocktail lounges, game rooms, a library, multiple private dining rooms (each with its own specialized design concept and theme), a photo booth, sun room, and The Rabbit Hole — The Club’s late-night speakeasy.

Striking a balance between work and play, The Workplace on the third floor offers communal workplace access for hotel guests.

The design of The Hotel at The Moore was led by Venice, CA-based design firm Studio Collective in collaboration with design firm ICRAVE. The Hotel suites are a new addition to the fourth floor, but were designed to fit the building’s original footprint within its historic interior. The Hotel incorporates distinctive elements of art and custom furnishings by makers such as Mous, an emerging furniture line based out of Dallas, Texas, and Sossego, a sustainably-focused collection based out of Brazil.
