The Countdown is On: Miami Drops Official FIFA World Cup 2026™ Event Calendar

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ Miami Host Committee today unveiled its official calendar of sanctioned events and community programming surrounding the FIFA World Cup 2026™, transforming South Florida into one of the most vibrant and culturally dynamic destinations of the global tournament.

Anchored by marquee experiences including the FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami at Bayfront Park, the ONE GAME ONE PASSION Kickoff Watch Party & Concert on Miami Beach, the community-driven Copa del Sol tournament, and REEFLINE’s “Big Goals” public art installation at Lummus Park, the calendar reflects Miami’s unique intersection of soccer, culture, music, art, and community.

FIFA FAN FESTIVAL™ MIAMI

The centerpiece of Miami’s tournament celebration will be the FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami, taking place June 13 through July 5 at Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami.

The 23-day destination fan experience will feature free live match broadcasts on giant screens, cultural performances, concerts, immersive sponsor activations, local food and beverage experiences, family-friendly programming, and daily entertainment along Biscayne Bay. The FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami will be free and open to the public throughout the tournament, with no registration required for entry.

The FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami is expected to welcome up to 30,000 fans daily throughout the tournament.

 

ONE GAME ONE PASSION™ TOURNAMENT KICKOFF WATCH PARTY & CONCERT

On June 11, Miami Beach will host one of the region’s signature celebrations: the One Game One Passion™ Kickoff Watch Party and Concert.

Held on the sands of Miami Beach, the free public event will officially launch FIFA World Cup 2026™ celebrations across South Florida, bringing together fans, residents, and visitors to experience the excitement of the tournament’s opening match in a unique beachfront setting.

The experience will begin with a live broadcast of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Opening Ceremony and opening match, followed by a major concert celebration headlined by global Latin music icon Carlos Vives and internationally renowned DJ and producer DJ Cassidy.

Blending music, culture, and community, the event will reflect the energy, diversity, and passion that define Miami as one of the 16 Host Cities for the FIFA World Cup 2026™.

Additional sanctioned programming includes Copa del Sol, a community-driven soccer festival taking place June 5–7 on the beach between 9th and 10th Street in Miami Beach.

Produced in partnership with Street Soccer USA and official registration platform Plei, the event will feature youth, women’s, corporate, and open division tournaments alongside influencer matches, cultural celebrations, and a Parade of Teams.

Community and commercial partners supporting the event include Telemundo 51, Hard Rock, University of Miami, Coca-Cola, and Florida Power & Light, reflecting a broad collaboration across sports, culture, media, and community engagement throughout South Florida.

Designed to showcase the power of soccer to unite communities across generations and backgrounds, Copa del Sol will serve as an early kickoff to Miami’s FIFA World Cup 2026™ summer programming while celebrating the region’s unique multicultural identity and passion for the game.

Art and culture will also take center stage through REEFLINE’s “Big Goals” installation from June 14–28, located between 11th and 12th Street in Miami Beach.

Created in collaboration with REEFLINE and renowned curator and creative director Ximena Caminos, the immersive beachfront public art experience will explore the global language of soccer through contemporary art, creativity, sustainability, and community engagement along Miami Beach’s iconic Ocean Drive corridor.

As part of the experience, commercial partner Uber will help enhance the beachfront fan environment through curated hospitality moments and beachside experiences designed to complement Miami’s broader tournament celebrations.
