Smorgasburg Miami is gearing up for a flavor-packed weekend to mark the end of its season before taking a well-earned summer break.Taking place Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27 from 2PM to 11PM, “Fast x Flavorful: An Asian-Latino Street Food & Car Fest” will bring together Miami’s best street food, custom cars & bikes and community vibes, all curated in collaboration with Imperial Moto and El Bori.
To beat the Miami heat, Smorgasburg will be pausing weekly operations through the hottest stretch of summer, with plans to return on Friday, October 4. But before the break, the team is turning up the flavor and the energy for this special end-of-season sendoff.
Guests can expect an all-day Car & Bike Showcase curated by Imperial Moto and El Bori, rotating lineup of DJs spinning from 7PM–11PM nightly, and an Imperial Moto coffee bar takeover—complete with specialty coffee cocktails to keep guests cool and caffeinated throughout the festivities.
On the food side, a lineup of guest vendors will pop up for the weekend with a global street food tour and fusion dishes, with highlights including:
- Primoo Boba (Vietnamese) – Refreshing milk and fruit teas with perfectly chewy boba
- Chef Norlan (Japanese) – Fresh sushi rolls and bento wraps
- Gangnam Chikn (Korean) – Crispy fried chicken, sandwiches and tenders with Korean flair
- Ahmays Cuisine (Burmese) – Hearty noodle dishes and paratha sandwiches with rich curries
- El Bori (Puerto Rican) – Mofongo and fried rice loaded with island flavor
- Tropirollz (Caribbean/Asian) – Fusion sushi rolls highlighting flavors from the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Cuba, Puerto Rico and Jamaica
- Yen’s Kitchen (Vietnamese) – Street-food style hotpot skewers, bahn mi tacos and crispy wings
- Julie’s Crochet (Retail) – Handmade crochet keychains, flowers and gifts
The event is free to attend and open to the public. After July 27, Smorgasburg will take a short summer break and return on Friday, October 4.
