Sexy Fish Miami, situated in the heart of Brickell in Downtown Miami, is delighted to unveil a trio of new tasting menus, each taking guests on an unforgettable culinary journey. Available from Monday, May 15, and carefully curated by Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber, diners can select from either the Ludicrous premium tasting menu, the Sekushi seasonal tasting menu, or the Hiro classic tasting menu.
For those looking for a unique and luxurious dining experience, the Ludicrous tasting menu is Sexy Fish’s most premium menu – elegant, unexpected, and decadent without boundaries. Featuring the very best ingredients, dishes include tuna belly, premium sashimi, BBQ King crab and Wagyu smoked kimchi. The Ludicrous Omakase menu ($250 per person) is presented on a striking ornamental 14-leg octopus stand which will be sure to intrigue fellow diners.
The Sekushi tasting menu ($140 per person) celebrates the beauty of the changing seasons with a menu that rotates seasonally. Dishes include oysters and shiso, smoked tofu and morel gyoza, spring lamb rack, and courgette flower tempura served with a himono dip.
The classic Hiro tasting menu ($95 per person) is a celebration of Sexy Fish’s most popular dishes. Timeless favorites include salt and pepper squid, yellowtail sashimi, crispy duck and watermelon salad, spicy beef tenderloin, and grilled tiger prawns.
Chef Director, Bjoern Weissgerber, comments: “I’m very excited to launch our new Omakase menus at Sexy Fish, all of which feature a minimum of 10 dishes to share. We’ve included new dishes, sexy fish favorites, something crispy, something spicy, surprising, and unique. We have worked passionately to ensure our new menu touches upon all areas of our culinary expertise, with dishes prepared from our raw bar, sushi counter, Robata grill, and pastry kitchen. What’s more, Sexy Fish’s lunchtime Kuikku menu has also had a refresh. Priced at $32.00 per person, guests can select one starter, one main, and one sweet finish, with dishes including crispy tofu with lime and chili, sea bass crudo with pepper and apple, zucchini flower tempura, fried black cod, and salmon teriyaki.
All three tasting menus feature on Sexy Fish’s a la carte menu and are priced per person and available for a minimum of two guests.
