Sérêvène, helmed by Chopped champion and renowned Executive Chef Pawan Pinisetti, and Forbes Top 30 under 30 F&B rising star Sebastian Dumonet, officially launched for dinner February 29, and will introduce its daily brunch and Tipsy Tea (a boozy, yet polished spinoff of your standard High Tea experience), later this spring.

Tucked inside the adult-only hotel Greystone Miami Beach, Sérêvène is what you get when Japanese izakaya meets French rotisserie. Its offerings fuse the best of both dining styles with family style small plates, and classic dishes in an eclectic menu filled with fresh, sustainably sourced organic ingredients. The menu features Poularde Teriyaki of whole French fattened chicken carved tableside, Krispy Quail Lollipops in a Korean gochujang marinade, with kiwi carpaccio and Togarashi aioli, and a Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek in coconut curry with potato mille-feuille from the rotisserie, alongside a unique selection of izakaya plates including Octopus with garbanzo, crushed tomato, and japanese green curry, Lobster Uni-Alfredo of butter poached lobster, bucatini al dente, a parmesan crust topped with domestic caviar, and Ōra King Salmon of 10oz farm raised New Zealand Ōra king salmon, sesame, soba noodle and soy beurre noisette.

A Sophisticated yet sexy space Sérêvène exudes a chic supper club vibe with a soft color palette of natural and modern décor, seating up to 94 guests inside surrounding plush booths, and center placed tables. An ideal space to hold a private event, or the perfect dinner out with friends in South Beach, hot spot to impress at a corporate dinner, and romantic evening with your loved one.

With indoor and outdoor seating, the 1,800 square foot Sérêvène can seat up to 94 guests, with 34 additional seats in their modern elevated whiskey lounge UISCE. An old Celtic word meaning “water of life”, UISCE (pronounced “whisky”) is a sexy venue that positions itself as more than just a lounge, curating craft cocktails in light of a growing appreciation for the trade.
