Presidente Bar Miami, the first U.S. location from one of Latin America’s most acclaimed cocktail institutions. Located in the heart of Wynwood at 146 NW 28th Street, the Buenos Aires-born bar brings with it a reputation for immersive experiences, cinematic design, and world-class mixology—hallmarks that earned it a spot among The World’s 50 Best Bars and a #21 global ranking in 2021.

Founded in 2017 within a restored national heritage mansion in Buenos Aires’ iconic Recoleta neighborhood, Presidente Bar quickly rose to global prominence under the leadership of Co-Founder and Creative Director Sebastián “Seba” García, named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Figures in the Cocktail Industry by Drinks International. With its poetic aesthetic and visionary cocktail program, Presidente became a cult destination for locals, celebrities, and international figures alike—including Lionel Messi, Maluma, and Coldplay.

“It’s an honor to open Presidente’s first U.S. location right here in Miami,” says Sebastian García, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Presidente Bar. “The city’s energy reminds me of Buenos Aires — bold, inventive, and full of soul. We’re bringing that same spirit to Wynwood and look forward to serving cocktails that tell stories, creating spaces that spark emotion, and sharing our deep love for hospitality.”

A Legendary Bar, Now in Wynwood

Presidente’s Miami flagship ushers in an audacious new chapter, translating its Argentine roots into the expressive core of Wynwood. More than a bar, it’s a performance space—a living manifesto where precision, emotion, and atmosphere collide. It honors its legacy as a modern classic while pushing boundaries in a vibrant new context. Programming includes live DJs, artistic pop-ups, and curated experiences designed to draw guests deeper into the brand’s immersive world.

Conceived as liquid architecture, the space layers lush green textures, gilded details, and sculptural lighting—channeling Miami’s energy through a cinematic lens. A sweeping mural by Argentine artist Martín Ron guides guests through visual cues and shifting perspectives, unfolding as a sensory journey. Every detail—from custom barware to handcrafted furnishings—was produced in Argentina, underscoring Presidente’s commitment to artistry, craftsmanship, and cultural continuity.

The venue accommodates 160 seated guests and 90 standing across two distinct spaces: a 100-seat main room and the hidden La Biblioteca, with seating for 60.

La Biblioteca: A Hidden World Within

Tucked behind velvet curtains and whispered illusions, La Biblioteca is the soul of Presidente—a clandestine cocktail sanctuary inspired by the intimate backroom of the original Buenos Aires outpost. What appears to be the end of the main room is just the beginning. Those in the know understand: the real magic lies just beyond.

Step through and you’re transported into a world of deliberate mystery and timeless glamour. Handcrafted entirely in Argentina, the space marries floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, bespoke chandeliers, mirrored floors, and soaring double-height ceilings—an ode to the grand intellectual salons of a bygone era, reimagined through a sultry, modern lens.

La Biblioteca is both a temple and a treasure chest for spirit lovers—home to a rare and ever-evolving collection of premium pours. From elusive small-batch bottles to iconic labels, it’s a haven for purists and cocktail obsessives alike. Every bottle on the shelf is chosen not just to impress, but to inspire.

It’s not just a hidden room—it’s a portal. A layered experience. A place designed for discovery, indulgence, and return visits. She doesn’t reveal herself to everyone. But when she does, you’ll know you’ve arrived.

Masters Behind the Bar: Sir Christian Delpech & Seba García

At the helm of Presidente Bar Miami are Sir Christian Delpech and Sebastián García—two of the most influential figures in global mixology. Together, they craft a cocktail experience that transcends flavor, blending technique, storytelling, and visual artistry into every pour.

Delpech, a Buenos Aires native and 19-time world champion in flair bartending, holds over 60 international titles. With nearly three decades in hospitality—including 14 years shaping the bar scene in Las Vegas—he brings unmatched technical precision, theatricality, and hospitality to the forefront.

García, the creative force behind Presidente’s award-winning identity, is known for his narrative-driven approach to design and ability to build emotional resonance into the drinking experience. Under his vision, Presidente has become one of Latin America’s most acclaimed bars. Together, their shared roots and global perspective ground a program that is both daring and deeply refined.

The Menu: A Sensory Journey Through Latin America

Presidente’s cocktail menu is as expressive as it is intentional. García’s creations spotlight native ingredients, indigenous blends, and local elements—each pour a reflection of Latin America’s botanical richness and cultural depth.

Standout cocktails include the bold Un Beso Más, made with Woodford Rye, Cynar, Cocchi di Torino, and Tempus Fugit Cacao; the refreshing Patagonia Fix, with Grey Goose, St. Germain, lime, mint, and berries; the aromatic Mezcalicus, featuring Vago Mezcal Espadín, Italicus, Bitter Bianco, and Verjus Blanc; the Mexpresso Martini with Patrón Reposado and Borghetti; and the Daiquiriña, a spicy, tropical blend of Leblon cachaça and guajillo–chile de árbol syrup.

Beyond cocktails, the beverage list features premium wines, rare sakes like Senkin Modern “Muku” Junmai Daiginjo, and international beers including Copperpoint Everflow IPA and Giulia “Grecale” Grape Ale.

The globally inspired culinary menu, led by Executive Chef Kevin Acosta, complements the cocktail experience with shareable, flavor-forward dishes that nod to Argentine and Latin American traditions while incorporating seasonal Florida ingredients.

Appetizer highlights include Kale & Spinach Fritters with smoky curry and Greek yogurt; Crispy Causa topped with pulpo al olivo and huancaín; and Wagyu Sliders with crispy onions and a house-made secret sauce. Signature mains range from indulgent Porcini Ravioli in a truffle mushroom sauce to Patagonian Pink Risotto with beet purée and red shrimp, and a perfectly seared 14oz Ribeye accompanied by truffle focaccia soufflé and garlic confit.

From the raw bar, guests can enjoy a refined selection of sushi, ceviches, tiraditos, and tartares—such as the Ceviche Presidente with yellowfin tuna and Spanish octopus, or the Tiradito Sureño with hamachi, avocado, and black quinoa. Desserts like the Piña Colada Pavlova and Flanbrûlée de Dulce de Leche provide a decadent close to the experience.
