Pincho Factory has made its mark on Miami. Now, the beloved fast casual success story announces the next of its slated expansion endeavors in 2016: the opening of Pincho Factory in Pinecrest. Following its big win at the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Burger Bash in 2015,numerous accolades, multiple franchise partnerships and developing a cult-like following, the brand is moving into the Village of Pinecrest with additional plans for major expansion underway.

To celebrate the new store, all those who walk through the door on opening day (8/11/16) will receive a free Pincho Burger – the concepts signature burger- from 11AM to4PM. There will be an invitation-only Grand Opening Ribbon-Cutting ceremony with Mayor Cindy Lerner of the Village of Pinecrest on hand to commemorate the occasion.

This location marks the brand’s fourth store opening this year, as well as its sixth location in Florida. Growth has been and will continue to be the goal for the concept launched by cousins and business partners Nedal Ahmad, Otto Othman and Nizar Ahmad. Additional projections for expansion are on the horizon throughout the southeast and east coast – including a five-store contract signed with NFL star and restaurateur, Jonathan Vilma. The brand currently has 15 additional stores under development; with a goal to reach 50 by the end of 2018.

When/Where:
The grand opening ribbon cutting will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 10:30AM. Following the ceremony, the Pinecrest restaurant will open for lunch at 11AM.
