Downtown’s noodle game just leveled up. The team behind Tam Tam — the beloved Downtown spot that earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand — just opened Pho Nam a few blocks away, a casual old-school Saigon noodle shop.
The menu keeps it focused: four noodle soups, a spicy bun bo hue, banh xeo packed with shrimp, “Viet pizza” banh trang nuong, and avocado mousse for dessert. Simple, soulful, and exactly the kind of cooking that made Tam Tam a local favorite.
Word is already out and they’re booked up — but walk-ins are welcome, so you can still get in without planning a week ahead.
Open now in Downtown Miami. Go hungry.
