Hey foodies! If you’re a lover of all things culinary and you happened to be in Miami this February, then you were in for a real treat. The South Beach Wine and Food Festival, or SOBEWFF for short, is in town and it is an absolute blast.

One of the main events of the festival was the Goya Foods’ Grand Tasting Village, and let me tell you, it does not disappoint. The village is set up on the sunny shores of South Beach and is a feast for the senses. The white tents that houses the event are like springtime blooms, forming a vibrant and expansive seaside city.

As we walked through the village, we were greeted with the sight of thirty sensational South Florida restaurants. They are serving up some of the most delicious and boldly flavored beachside bites we’ve ever tasted. From South Miami to Palm Beach and everywhere in between, these restaurants come together to showcase the best of what South Florida’s culinary scene has to offer.

And let’s not forget about the drinks! Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio has a selection of sumptuous wines and refreshing cocktails that perfectly complemented the food. As we sipped on our drinks and enjoyed the lively live music, we couldn’t help but feel like I was in paradise.

But the real highlight of the event, in our opinion, are the Publix Culinary Demonstrations sponsored by Sub-Zero Group Southeast. Here, a stellar cast of chefs and Food Network personalities are on hand to prepare some of their signature dishes. It’s so much fun to watch them work their magic and learn some tips and tricks.

The Miami guide was represent covering the event, doing interviews with some of the chefs and food personalities. It’s fascinating to hear their stories and learn about their inspiration behind their dishes.

Overall, the Goya Foods’ Grand Tasting Village is an incredible experience that we would recommend to any food lover. The event is a true celebration of South Florida’s vibrant culinary scene and feels like you found paradise.
