The first permanent location of Ezio’s Steakhouse will open in late fall of 2025 in Miami at visionary real estate development firm Lefferts’s newly completed luxury Miami Beach condominium tower 72 Park. The upscale Italian-inspired steak and seafood restaurant co-founded by Brandon Hoy and celebrated chef Carlo Mirarchi launched as a limited-run pop-up inside the original Roberta’s, the iconic pizzeria known for its wood-fired Neapolitan-style pies, in New York City’s Bushwick neighborhood in 2024. Ezio’s Steakhouse will wrap around the northwest corner of 72 Park, located at 580 72nd St. in Miami Beach’s North Beach (NoBe) neighborhood. The upscale dining concept will occupy 2,200 square feet of the condo tower’s approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Named in honor of Mirarchi’s father, Ezio’s is built in the timeless spirit of authentic Italian hospitality. Ezio’s will deliver memorable dining experiences to Miami that are rooted in exceptional ingredients and heartfelt service. The menu centers around locally sourced seafood, handmade pastas, and a custom dry-aging program of beef and lamb, all thoughtfully prepared in celebration of Italian tradition with contemporary Miami flair. Signature dishes will include 30-Day Dry-Aged Lamb Saddle, 90-Day Dry-Aged Rib Steak for Two, Whole-Roasted John Dory and Charbroiled Veal Sweetbreads. Ezio’s will also offer refreshing cocktails made with local fruit and an expansive wine list to round out the dining experience.

“We are excited to bring Ezio’s Steakhouse to Miami Beach’s dynamic culinary scene,” said Mirarchi. “We feel privileged to contribute to the energy and growth happening in North Beach, and 72 Park is the perfect location for Ezio’s first brick-and-mortar venture. The destination aligns with our dedication to offering guests enjoyable and unforgettable dining experiences.”

Hoy and Mirarchi are the team behind Roberta’s, the legendary New York City pizzeria known for its wood-fired Neapolitan-style pies that became a food and cultural phenomenon with longevity to match, recently featured on The New York Times’ list of The 22 Best Pizza Places in New York Right Now. Their critically acclaimed East Village restaurant Foul Witch, known for high-concept, elemental cooking, was included in The New York Times’ 100 Best Restaurants in New York City in 2024, among other culinary lauds. Ezio’s reflects the duo’s continued tradition of thoughtful place-driven dining, and will bring the warmth of inclusive Italian hospitality to Miami Beach.

“As a native New Yorker, I admire how Brandon and Chef Mirarchi approach hospitality through thoughtful, experience-driven concepts,” said Mendy Chudaitov, founder of Lefferts. “When identifying a culinary partner for the building, they immediately stood out. Their commitment to quality and creativity align perfectly with the 72 Park lifestyle. We’re proud to welcome them and look forward to the energy Ezio’s will bring to NoBe.”

The striking, 22-story 72 Park tower was completed in March 2025, becoming the first luxury condominium to open in NoBe in over five years. Designed by Built Form, with interiors and landscaping by Urban Robots Associates, the LEED Gold-certified building (now 97% sold) offers a variety of residences, with remaining units ranging from 470-1,177 square feet and prices starting in the $800,000s. It is the first new luxury building on Miami Beach to permit vacation (short-term) rentals and the first of Lefferts’ four planned developments in the NoBe area to be completed.

Founded by Brandon Hoy and Chef Carlo Mirarchi in 2008, Roberta’s began as a cinderblock no frills space in Bushwick, Brooklyn, and quickly established itself as a neighborhood staple that helped pave the way for the borough’s thriving food scene. known for its wood-fired Neapolitan-inspired pizzas like Bee Sting (tomato, mozzarella, soppressata, basil, chili, and honey) and Speckenwolf (mozzarella, speck, mushrooms), house made pastas, grilled vegetables house-cured meats, and seasonal seafood, Roberta’s constantly evolving menu is grounded in a mission to bring joy to all who enter.

The wine program focuses on small batch, high quality producers, served both by the glass and bottle. Cocktails are seasonally inspired, with a wide and rotating selection of specialty beers round out the menu. Today, Roberta’s operates three locations in New York – Bushwick, Domino Park, and Penn Plaza- and has expanded with fast-casual outposts in Nashville and Studio City, as well as two full-service locations in Singapore and one in Culver City, Los Angeles
