One K Raw, Miami’s newest destination for elevated, international cuisine, sophisticated cocktails and live entertainment, is pleased to open its doors this fall in the metropolitan neighborhood of Brickell. Brought to life by industry expert Coco Coig and partners Jhota Taborda and Andres San Martin of The Dirty Rabbit Group, One K Raw offers Miami locals and visitors an elegant dining ambiance that sets the stage for unforgettable moments and culinary creativity.
Located at 1000 South Miami Avenue inside of the historic Miami Fire Station No. 4, the One K Raw experience begins with a leafy, sun-dappled outdoor dining terrace complete with comfortable seating, a full-service marble bar, and unrivaled views of the bustling Brickell neighborhood. It carries over to an indoor, nautical-themed dining room adorned in whites and shades of blue, high vaulted wooden ceilings, and an open kitchen concept serving international favorites. Situated next door is One K Room, the hidden speakeasy offering exclusive DJ sets, tantalizing libations, and exciting programming every Thursday to Sunday. Stylishly designed and beautifully appointed, guests are instantly transported into a sophisticated Mediterranean-inspired cocktail lounge the moment they step inside. Inspired by One K Raw’s international roots, One K Room delivers a singular blend of innovative cocktails, excellent bar bites, and one-of-a-kind experiences.
“As a veteran of the hospitality industry, I was thrilled at the opportunity of opening a new restaurant concept in Brickell that offers what its residents really want – a welcoming environment with great food and drinks at an affordable price,” says One K Raw owner Coco Coig. “Our team knows what it takes to give guests a memorable experience, one that will make One K Raw a remarkable addition to the Miami culinary scene,” adds Coig.
With Chef Aleric Constantin helming the kitchen, One K Raw’s menu features shareable plates including Tuna Tar-Tacos made with green fruit slaw, charred pineapple, citrus coffee spice and avocado mousse ($17); Lobster Roll made with Old Bay aioli, preserved lemon and potato roll ($17); and Tropical Ceviche made with avocado leche de tigre, passion fruit gastrique, and citrus crumb ($23). Raw Bar selections include East or West Coast Oyster varieties with choice of sauce ($3.50 each); and local Florida Stone Crab served with dijonaise and lemon. Signature dishes include Organic Half Chicken served with sweet corn, crispy chicken skin and pickled fennel ($32); Wagyu Ragu Rigatoni served with mishima wagyu oxtail, preserved lemon and shaved parmesan ($32); and Crispy Octopus served with couscous, garlic yogurt and charred lemon ($28). Must-try desserts include Basque Cheesecake ($13) and Chocolate Cookie Pot ($14).
Specialty cocktails include the Farm to Shaker, made with strawberry rose spritz, Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose, strawberries harvested in Homestead, FL., Royal Rose syrup, Luxardo aperitivo 22, and Della Vite Prosecco ($16); and Speak No More, made with El Silencio Mezcal Joven, hibiscus árbol chili, mint, Fever Tree ginger beer and fresh lime ($15).
Coig, along with The Dirty Rabbit Group partners, own several restaurants and nightlife hotspots throughout Miami, including Le Chick, The Dirty Rabbit, Mad Club, La Tiendita Taqueria and The Mad Butcher.
One K Raw is open seven days a week, serving lunch Monday-Saturday from 11:30am-4:00pm, dinner Sunday-Wednesday from 5:00pm-10:30pm and on Thursday-Saturday from 5:00pm-11:30pm, and brunch on Sundays from 11:30am-4:00pm. For early risers, One K Raw transforms into One K Coffee daily at 7:00am, serving freshly brewed Intelligentsia coffee and Bachour breakfast pastries. Weekly programming includes daily Happy Hour, Ladies Night on Thursdays, and exclusive DJ sets every weekend inside One K Room.
