However, unique to Miami, there will be new menu additions such as sea bream Provencal poached in a tomato and fennel sauce, barbugiun, which is a fried ravioli with olive oil-based dough filled with ricotta, swiss chard, and artichoke, and big eye tuna carpaccio. The menu is complemented by a bespoke beverage program featuring an extensive French wine list and classic cocktails with a Mediterranean coastal influence.
