Sparrow Italia

International hospitality leader Noble 33 has introduced Sparrow Italia to Wynwood. From co-founders Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha, Sparrow Italia draws inspiration from Italy and the Mediterranean. The restaurant’s modern take on Italian dining pays tribute to the country’s national bird, symbolizing joy, simplicity, and the freedom of the soul. Central to Sparrow’s menu is its robust pasta offerings, which are made in-house, by hand, using high-quality wheat and stone-ground flour imported from Italy. Highlights include the Truffle Cacio e Pepe Tagliatelle with toasted cracked pepper, parmigiano, and black truffle, tossed in a pecorino wheel; Pistachio Pesto with fettuccine, grana padano, and ricotta di bufala; and Mikey’s Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka with calabrian chili, parmigiano, and basil. All pastas are available gluten-free, with the exception of the Bone Marrow Cappelletti with braised beef cheeks, roasted bone marrow, horseradish, and Barolo reduction.
