After nearly four years, Museum of Ice Cream will return to Miami Beach to create the most delicious, weekend-long pool party Miami has ever seen. On November 19th and 20th, Museum of Ice Cream will transform the picturesque rooftop pool at the Historic, Art Deco Hotel Greystone, into a pink, ice cream filled paradise, with sprinkles on top.

Experience the museum’s popular installations poolside where an abundance of pink palm trees and hanging lookalike bananas transform the rooftop pool deck into a sweet escape. Indulge in Blue Bell ice cream, dance off that extra scoop to live DJ sounds, splash into Museum of Ice Cream’s water filled, life-size “sprinkle pool”, brought to life through an interactive layer of floating sprinkles topping the pool’s surface, and sit atop inflatable sprinkle floaties for the sweetest, picture-perfect moment.
When it’s time to take a break from the sugar rush, enjoy refreshing, carefully curated libations from some of Miami’s favorite brands including Tito’s Vodka, Frangelico Liqueur, Grand Marnier Cognac or MurMur Rum and get inspired to be kind while selecting a colorful, crystal cut beaded bracelets from the Little Words Project.
Each day will consist of two sensationally sweet sprinkle parties including an Afternoon Escape from 2 PM – 6:30 PM, available for $55, and a Sunset Soiree from 6:30 PM – 10 PM, available for $85.
