CASA NEOS, the brainchild of Riviera Dining Group, unveiled itself in spectacular fashion on June 20th. Notable names like Valeria Lipovetsky, Karolina Kurkova, and Tyler Cameron, all clad in Louis Vuitton, joined a vibrant crowd to celebrate the arrival of this unique hospitality haven.
The atmosphere buzzed with the feeling of “KAIROS” – the Greek concept of being in the perfect place at the perfect time. Guests embarked on a sensory adventure filled with delectable Mediterranean bites, expertly crafted cocktails, mesmerizing fire dancers, and electrifying live music.
CASA NEOS transcends the boundaries of a typical Miami experience. It’s a tranquil sanctuary, meticulously designed to evoke the essence of European summers, seamlessly interwoven with the vibrant energy of Miami. This philosophy resonates with Riviera Dining Group’s legacy of creating iconic destinations like MILA, AVA, and MM.
Stepping through the colossal, custom-made oak doors, guests were greeted with flutes of Moet & Chandon champagne, a fitting toast to the evening’s promise. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcased the captivating panorama of the Miami River, adding a touch of serenity to the lively ambiance.
Coinciding with the grand unveiling, Louis Vuitton presented a poolside takeover, transforming the space with their signature motifs. From the dock and restaurant patio to the poolside and terraces, the venue echoed the spirit of the Maison’s LV By the Pool Resort collection. A dedicated pop-up showcased both classic and seasonal collections, including exclusive pieces, enticing fashion enthusiasts.
CASA NEOS pulsed with celebratory energy. Culinary masterpieces from Head Chef Sebastian Lefort tantalized taste buds. Guests savored delicacies like Sterling Caviar, fresh oysters from both coasts, Greek Branzino, and the finest cuts of Black Angus Prime beef and Australian lamb chops. Head Pastry Chef Etienne Le Bastard’s artistry was on display with decadent chocolate lava cakes, fragrant violette pavlova, and exotic fruit panna cotta.
CASA NEOS’ expert mixologists, led by Head Mixologist Manuel Zuluaga, kept the libations flowing throughout the night. From the first-floor bar adorned with beautiful tiles to the custom-wrapped bar on the second floor, skillfully crafted cocktails delighted every palate. The “Solara,” a vibrant and fruity creation, flowed from an elegantly sculpted sun-shaped ice sculpture. Meanwhile, six large-scale crystal decanters scattered throughout CASA NEOS held the refreshing and floral “Luna” cocktail, a tribute to the moon’s presence throughout the evening.
The evening culminated in a memorable performance by Christian Delpech, a 19-time world champion in flair bartending. His dazzling display of mixology artistry provided the perfect flourish to mark the arrival of CASA NEOS, a beacon of quiet luxury in the heart of Miami.
