Sunny Isles Porsche Design Tower combine your love of cars and luxury living at the Porsche Design Tower on the Miami oceanfront.
Germany-based Porsche Design Group and a local Miami developer Gil Dezer have joined forces to create the world’s first condominium complex, a cylindrical 57-story tower will feature 132 units, and residents will be able to ride the elevators without ever leaving their vehicles thanks to a one-of-a-kind robotic parking system.
The $560 million Porsche Design Tower will rise in Sunny Isles Beach with three glass elevators boasting jaw-dropping views of the city and ocean.
“We want to keep this really exclusive and not have this become a McDonald’s kind of style,” Dezer said. “The tower is going to change the skyline of Miami Beach. This is something Floridians should be proud to have in their state.”
Further south on Collins, one will also come across the Mansions of Acqualina, a collection of oceanfront villas and palazzos located on approximately 6.75 beachfront acres with 650 feet of azure Atlantic waters. A private bridge will connect the new property to the Aqualina Resort.
