Boia De, the neighborhood gem by chef/couple and James Beard Award semifinalists Alex Meyer and Luciana Giangrandi, will be offering a specialty Valentine’s Day tasting menu this year. Priced at $115 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the menu will start off with a glass of bubbly and a Canape Plate of five bites that include Crispy Polenta with baccala mantecato, Tuna Crudo with smoky eggplant and Sicilian pesto, Foie Terrine, Marinated Mussels with smoked paprika and Rabbit Rillette; followed by three pasta dishes to share – Tortellini in brodo, Raviolo in sage brown butter and Potato Gnocchi with black truffle and Romagna sausage.  Nothing says love like a full tummy, which is why Red Rooster Overtown has created a special prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menu available all weekend long. Miami Beach’s beloved, rustic Italian trattoria, Macchialina, will be opening its doors to all lovebirds this Valentine’s Day with a 4-course Chef’s tasting menu priced at $125 per person++. The Italian hotspot will also be offering a specially curated wine pairing by Managing Partner/Beverage Director Jacqueline Pirolo. Priced at $75 per person, the pairing will include access to several special bottles she will be opening for the occasion. Chef Michael Pirolo’s handcrafted menu will be served family-style starting off with a Culatello di Zibello – mozzarella di bufala, housemade giardiniera; Misticanza Salad – farm greens, 12-year aged balsamic; and Diver Sea Scallops – cauliflower puree, blood orange, pistachio.
