Making its highly anticipated Miami Spice debut, Yamashiro Miami is offering two distinct dining experiences for the first time, showcasing the restaurant’s signature blend of Japanese artistry and modern culinary technique. Available Sundays, the $40 three-course brunch begins with a choice of Tamago Sando or Cucumber Tataki, followed by an entrée selection of the Yamashiro Burger, Black Cod, Tamago Hot Pot, or Steak & Eggs. Guests can end on a sweet note with a choice of French Toast or the restaurant’s signature Miso Lava Cake. For dinner, available Tuesday through Friday and Sunday, guests can enjoy a $95 four-course tasting menu complete with two signature cocktails. The experience begins with Spicy Truffle Edamame and Cucumber Tataki, followed by Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice and Hokkaido Harvest, an assortment featuring six pieces of sashimi, four pieces of nigiri, and a spicy tuna roll. Marking the brand’s highly anticipated debut in the program, Cactus Club introduces its first-ever Miami Spice dinner experience, available Sunday through Thursday from 6 PM for $65 per person. Hosted within its 11,500-square-foot venue, the experience delivers Cactus Club’s trademark blend of elevated everyday dining, utilizing a buzzing central bar, chic lounge seating, and a breezy outdoor patio to set a vibrant tone for the night. The four-course menu begins with Warm Pull-Apart Brioche and a glass of Prosecco Zero, followed by a choice of starters including Sticky Garlic Ribs, Hamachi Sashimi, or Salmon Aburi, with the option to upgrade to Wagyu Beef Carpaccio (+$5). Zuma Miami
The Miami River classic that proved waterfront dining could be both serious and fun.
Zuma is joining the program with standout lunch and dinner menus priced at $35 and $60. For more than 15 years, Zuma has been a defining destination for contemporary Japanese izakaya cuisine, helping shape Miami’s dining scene. If you haven’t yet experienced one of the city’s culinary icons, Miami Spice is the perfect opportunity to do so. Zuma is also bringing an exclusive taste of its newest mountain destination to Miami. Available only during Miami Spice, guests can enjoy the restaurant’s signature Maple Cheesecake from Zuma Vail, making its Miami debut for a limited time.
Maple & Ash Miami
Wednesday – Sunday | $65 Dinner
For the first time, Maple & Ash will participate in Miami Spice, offering a three-course dinner menu that showcases the restaurant’s signature blend of indulgence and elevated hospitality. Guests can begin with selections including Fork & Knife Caesar Salad, Maple & Ash Wedge, Beef Tenderloin Tartare, or a Bluefin Tuna Tartare, with the option to enhance the experience with a delicious Grilled Cheese & Caviar (+$12) featuring Kaluga caviar, comte & caramelized onion. Nestled in the heart of Brickell, Marion Miami, the high-energy restaurant and lounge from Mr. Hospitality Miami, has become a cultural institution known for its bold cuisine, lively dinner parties, and theatrical atmosphere. After more than a decade in Miami, Marion will be offering guests an opportunity to experience the restaurant’s signature flavors through a specially curated menu. Michael’s Genuine is serving up creative, ingredient-driven dishes for Miami Spice, from Wood Roasted Snapper with green curry, jasmine rice, and Thai basil salad to Grilled Oyster Mushrooms with shawarma spices and caramelized onion tahini. Save room for dessert with the Chocolate Flan or the restaurant’s signature Warm Caramel Butter Cake. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon
South Florida’s only two-Michelin-starred restaurant, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon by The Bastion Collection, is participating in this year’s Miami Spice program with two curated prix-fixe experiences: a three-course lunch available Friday and Saturday for $95 per person and a four-course dinner available Tuesday through Sunday for $155 per person. Led by Executive Chef James Friedberg, the menus offer guests an accessible opportunity to experience the restaurant’s celebrated French cuisine through signature dishes including Foie Gras Royale, Heirloom Tomato & Roasted Beet Salad, Lobster & Corn Agnolotti , Iberico Pork Presa, and Black Forest Chocolate Crémeux.

Michelin-starred Le Jardinier Miami is participating in this year’s Miami Spice program with a three-course prix-fixe lunch for $40 and dinner for $65. Located in the Miami Design District, the contemporary French restaurant from The Bastion Collection and Chef Alain Verzeroli is known for its seasonally driven cuisine rooted in refined technique and exceptional ingredients. Throughout August and September, guests can enjoy a three-course dinner for $65 per person in the restaurant’s lush, hacienda-inspired open-air setting, where elevated dining seamlessly transitions into Mayami’s signature nightlife experience with live entertainment and vibrant energy throughout the evening.
