Escape to paradise for Miami Spice. Miami’s waterfront dining destination, Amara at Paraiso by James Beard award winning Chef Michael Schwartz is offering a 3-course weekday lunch ($35) and 3-course dinner daily ($60). Menus are inspired by their coastal surroundings with a hint of Latin flare and bold flavors ($60). For a hint of romance, loved ones are also encouraged to dine at their idyllic waterfront tables featuring unparalleled views of Biscayne Bay.

Following Chef Michael’s cooking philosophy, certain dishes will rotate every two weeks depending on seasonality. This also ensures guests can have an entirely new journey during repeat visits. During lunch, permanent dishes that will be offered throughout Miami Spice include a Salmon Causita (appetizer) layered with purple potatoes, avocado and ají panka aioli and French Dip Sandwich (entree) filled with thinly sliced roasted ribeye, grilled onions, horseradish mayo and melted provolone on a toasted baguette with jus for dipping. Dinner highlights include a Vito’s Burrata (appetizer) featuring fresh peaches, basil and salsa mach and a 12 oz. Grass-Fed Uruguayan Ribeye Steak (entree) topped with a dollop of garlic butter served with potatoes, onion and tomato provencal.   As a grand finale, Pastry Chef Maite Zarrabeitia is baking a homemade Flourless Chocolate Torte topped with Grand Marnier cream and orange anglaise – available during lunch and dinner for Miami Spice. Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink

Miami’s iconic dining destination, Michael’s Genuine is keeping diners on the edge of their seats this Miami Spice. This year, the iconic anchoring Design District destination is offering a weekday 3-course lunch ($35) and 3-course dinner Monday through Saturday ($45). James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Schwartz alongside Executive Chef Randy Zuniga are utilizing their genuine and ingredient driven approach providing an unmatched culinary experience. Similar to their regular menu, the Miami Spice menu will change a few times per week (sometimes daily) reflecting their seasonal and sustainable philosophy. Guests can visit multiple times throughout the two-month period and experience entirely new dishes. There will be two permanent dishes during dinner including a Shrimp and Chorizo Arancini with smoked chili aioli and a Wood-Oven Roasted Eggplant baked with tomato, harissa, feta, za’atar chickpeas, herbs and served with homemade pita. Gekkō

Gekkō is a Japanese steakhouse concept from Groot Hospitality. The restaurant opened in August 2022 in partnership with the musician Bad Bunny, following David Grutman’s innovative approach to mixing entertainment and hospitality. Gekkō, meaning moonlight, builds its menu around prime cuts and preparations of Wagyu beef (along with hints of Korean barbecue), and there’s an emphasis on tableside presentations–including flame-seared steak courses. Casadonna is a Coastal Italian-inspired restaurant developed in partnership between Groot Hospitality and Tao Group Hospitality. Red Rooster Overtown

Chef Marcus Samuelsson debuted the acclaimed concept, Red Rooster Overtown in December of 2020. Housed in the historic, former “Clyde Killen’s Pool Hall” in Overtown, a notable hot spot in the 1960s, the restaurant brings the energy and ethos of the flagship Harlem restaurant to Miami’s historic African-American neighborhood.
