Starting Sunday, May 18th Chef Michael’s “love letter” to Miami will redefine brunch, unveiling an entirely new experience combining chef driven dishes and Latin inspired twists in a breathtaking buffet setting. Every Sunday afternoon, guests will be able to enjoy imaginative flavors and irresistible drink packages surrounded by a tropical oasis overlooking unparalleled views of Biscayne Bay. DJ Astro 8000 will also be on deck creating a lively and upbeat atmosphere to keep the party going. Each component of this dynamic culinary affair has been carefully designed to stimulate all the senses.

Chef Michael Schwartz shared, “This has been in the works for a while and we’re really excited to bring this to life…there is truly something for everyone.” This marks their first elaborate brunch buffet of its kind since the iconic restaurant’s debut. He adds, “We’re combining the best of Amara’s offerings along with exciting new dishes by Chef Gaston and laying it out in an unbelievably abundant and delicious spread…what could be better?”

Crafted by Chef Michael Schwartz and Executive Chef Gaston Yelicich, the buffet will spotlight Latin inspired dishes and market-fresh spins on classic brunch fare. Diners can parade throughout their stylish dining room and peruse through endless vibrant options including:

  • Raw Bar: Oysters & Chilled Shrimp, Ceviche, Causa, Lobster Roll, Octopus Salad, Mussels Escabeche and Tuna Tartare

The full waterfront brunch buffet is priced at $89 per person, and $48 for children under 12. Included with every brunch are refreshing non-alcoholic beverages such as fresh-pressed juices, wellness elixirs, and smoothies.
