Rosie’s: The Backyard is the brunch spot to visit with an elevated menu of Southern style cuisine helmed by Chef Akino and Jamila West. Verde, located in Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) has the best scenic views for a breakfast bite. The waterfront restaurant’s new brunch menu has the delicious Smoked Salmon Benedict ($22), served with a house made latke the dish is topped with with sliced tomato, smoked salmon, a poached egg, hollandaise and chives with a side salad; the Miami Benedict ($22), a South Florida twist with a mojo pork croquette served with pickles, poached eggs and dijon fonduta with a side salad; or the fluffy Blueberry Basil Pancakes ($18), buttermilk pancakes with lemon curd and sweet blueberry basil compote.
