Marshmello, Flo Rida, Nicky Jam, and More Lead Bayfront Park’s Newest NYE Celebration

Bayfront Park Management Trust is proud to present THE COUNTDOWN MIAMI at Bayfront, an all-new, large-scale waterfront spectacular at Bayfront Park marking one the largest New Year’s Eve celebrations in the United States. This year’s celebrations will feature performances from a global powerhouse lineup of artists including Marshmello, Nicky Jam, Flo Rida, Gente de Zona, and Toño Rosario, with the night hosted by DJ M–DOT. Located at one of Miami’s most historic public venues, THE COUNTDOWN MIAMI at Bayfront is set to become a new signature tradition for the city.

“Bayfront Park has been home to some of the most memorable celebrations in Miami’s history, and this year we’re raising the bar,” said Commissioner Miguel Gabela, Chairman of the Bayfront Park Management Trust. “THE COUNTDOWN MIAMI is designed to showcase Miami’s culture, music, energy, and people on a world stage. We’re proud to host a New Year’s Eve event worthy of our city and excited to welcome residents and visitors to an unforgettable night on the waterfront.”

Produced by the Bayfront Park Management Trust, this year’s inaugural event will transform Downtown Miami’s iconic waterfront into a world-class New Year’s Eve destination, combining televised moments, spectacular fireworks, Miami’s signature blend of culture, nightlife, and energy, and an unprecedented group of superstar performers across EDM, reggaeton, hip-hop, Latin pop, merengue, and global dance music. Expected to draw tens of thousands in person and millions of viewers across digital and international media, THE COUNTDOWN MIAMI at Bayfront is poised to ring Miami into 2026 with a bang.

“THE COUNTDOWN MIAMI was designed to meet the standards of a world-class broadcast event,” said Raúl Miro, Interim Executive Director of the Bayfront Park Management Trust. “From staging and lighting to artist coordination and overall guest experience, every element has been engineered with precision. Producing an event of this scale requires extensive preparation, seamless logistics, and a strong commitment to safety, ensuring that residents and visitors enjoy an elevated and unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration.”

Set against the backdrop of Biscayne Bay and the Downtown skyline, the celebration will feature the following activations and entertainment for guests in addition to its star-studded lineup:

• Breathtaking midnight fireworks launched over Biscayne Bay
• Massive staging, lighting, and sound designed for a national broadcast-level event
• Large open-to-the-public areas with free admission
