Dolce & Gabbana
Dolce & Gabbana, the Italian fashion house, has announced its latest venture into real estate worldwide, partnering with developer Michael Stern to create branded condo towers in Miami. The Italian fashion house is the latest in a line of luxury brands working with developers on branded condos in South Florida. In addition to the Miami project with Stern’s JDS Development Group, Dolce & Gabbana also plans to develop a residential property in Marbella, Spain with Sierra Blanca Estates. The interior design will be inspired by Dolce & Gabbana’s signature style.
Bentley
Bentley, the British luxury car manufacturer, has teamed up with Dezer Development to create the Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. The 60-story tower will have 200 luxury condos, and each unit will be designed with Bentley’s signature craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Diesel
Known as one of this year’s top fashion houses in the world, Diesel, officially made its foray into real estate with its first branded residences. In partnership with Bel Invest Group, the unconventional brand will birth its first livable spaces in the magic city’s artsy neighborhood, Wynwood, also known as Miami’s booming tech hub – home to Spotify, Blockchain.com & Live Nation. Diesel Residences, rising eight stories with 159 loft-style residences, is a juxtaposition to Miami’s typical whitewashed homes, illustrating edgy, urban like sun-drenched homes featuring dark stones and exposed materials outfitted with a high fashion interiors by Diesel Living. Being built under the same sustainability principals of their denim – the residences will be developed with low impact materials and innovative techniques that significantly reduce carbon footprint. Diesel Residences range from $450,000 to $7 mil and is expected to be completed in Q1 2025.
The Standard Residences
The Standard Residences Midtown Miami, the first-of-its-kind residential property, offers permanent access to The Standard’s distinctive lifestyle experience. The 12-floor Arquitectonica-designed building includes 34,000 square feet of amenities and 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail, 228 move-in ready pieds-à-terre from 432 to 965 square feet. The Waldorf Astoria
