Every Saturday at 9 a.m. and noon, visitors can join the “Beat the Gym” bootcamp sessions, a full-body workout led by Tony Thomas, focusing on core, balance, and flexibility training. For those who prefer a high-intensity interval training and boxing combination class, a session is available at noon.

Additionally, every Sunday at 10 a.m., you can participate in Free Community Yoga on Lincoln Road. Gather in the Euclid Courtyard for a free Sunday morning stretch guided by local South Beach yoga instructors. This inclusive event is open to all skill levels, but participants must bring their own equipment, mats, and water.
