Re-opened earlier this month after adopting enhanced COVID safety and sanitization protocols, The Ocean Grill at The Setai Miami Beach is an ideal outdoor dining destination steps away from the beach. Offering unobstructed views of the ocean in a casually-sophisticated, lush environment complete with cool misted air, the al fresco restaurant has just launched its new summer menu.  Priced at $33 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity) the three-course prix fixe bill of fare is available daily from 11AM until 5PM. The specialty menu showcases the restaurant’s Mediterranean-inspired wood-grilled cuisine prepared by chef de cuisine Scott Brown under the direction of Setai executive chef Vijayudu Veena.

To start, guests may choose between Strawberry Gazpacho with mint, croutons and olive oil; Fennel Salad with shaved vegetables, frisée, orange & grapefruit segments and an herb vinaigrette; Grilled Romaine Hearts Caesar with charred romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmesan (add chicken breast for $5 surcharge); Fried Calamari with key lime aioli; or Yellowfin Tuna Tartare with ponzu sauce, hijiki seaweed and chives ($5 additional).

Entrée choices include a classic Chicken Paillard – free-range chicken breast, arugula, shaved parmesan and caper citronette dressing; Char-Grilled Cauliflower with green tahini and toasted almonds; or Yellowtail Snapper with smoked paprika potatoes, charred broccolini and crispy leeks ($5 surcharge). For an additional $10, guests may enjoy the Steak Kebab with tenderloin, bell peppers, onions, smashed fingerling potatoes and chimichurri. Ending the meal on a sweet note, guests may choose between a Fresh Fruit Plate with assorted seasonal fruit or two scoops of vanilla, chocolate or strawberry Ice Cream for dessert.  Ocean Grill’s regular menu and a full bar with cocktails perfect for summer sipping as well as a full wine list are also available.
