With interiors that echo a lavish French dreamscape, the venue sets the stage for a globally influenced menu that draws from Asian, Mediterranean, and French culinary traditions. Merging exquisite design, elevated cocktail programming, and supreme hospitality-driven service in a warm, sexy, and authentic atmosphere, Giselle reflects Roth’s vision of experiential dining taken to its most theatrical. The venue draws a vibrant crowd seeking both culinary sophistication and the thrill of Miami’s after-dark allure.
