South Florida foodies are no strangers to the unique array of authentic dim sum offerings found at Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s AAA Four Diamond award-winning, signature Chinese restaurants, Hakkasan. Since its launch, the restaurant has received rave reviews about its wildly popular special weekend dim sum lunch. Now, diners can rejoice as Hakkasan rolls out a new weekend dim sum lunch menu and a new Yum Cha prix-fixe lunch menu, as well as new a la carte dim sum items.

Available every Saturday and Sunday, from noon – 3 pm, the restaurant’s new dim sum menu, (vegetarian menu also available) is offered at a special price of $28 per person, excluding tax and service charge. A minimum of two diners per table must participate in the prix-fixe lunch. Each guest will get a Steamed Dim Sum Basket; Crispy Dim Sum Platter; a choice of one Entrée, a vegetable and a choice of two Rice or Noodles.

Also available on weekends, Hakkasan has launched a new Yum Cha prix-fixe menu, priced at $45 per person, not including taxes or service charge. Diners can select from one of the restaurant’s Dim Sum options such as the Seafood Platter with items including Sugar Snap and Shrimp Dumpling and Sesame Prawn Toast; a Meat Platter with Baked Black Pepper Beef Puff and Pan-fried Foie Gras Shanghai Dumpling; or the Vegetarian Platter with Asparagus Olive Oil Dumpling and Crispy Vegetable Roll with Truffle. Served with a side of spring onion egg fried rice or steamed jasmine rice, Entrée offerings are Stir-fried Grouper with Sanpei Sauce; Jasmine Tea Smoked Ribs with Grilled Honey Char Sui; or Stir-fried Chicken with Nagaimo Root and Sugar Snap Peas. For Dessert, diners can indulge in either the Chocolate Fondant with White Coffee Ice Cream or Assorted Sorbet. Imbibers and spirits lovers alike will enjoy a Bellini, Mimosa, Beer or a glass of Red or White Wine.

Expertly crafted by Hakkasan’s Chef de Cuisine Jian Heng Loo, the new a la carte lunch menu includes Steamed options such as Crystal Boston Lobster Dumpling ($28); Char Sui Bun with Chestnuts ($12); and Rohan Vegetarian Dumpling ($8). Those craving a crunch can bite into Grilled Deep Fried bites such as the Crispy Vegetable Roll with Truffle ($12); Pan-fried Spicy Beef Dumpling ($10); and Crispy Kataifi Shrimp Roll ($10). An array of sizzling new Wok Fry dishes feature Steamed Red Snapper with Lily Flower and Mushroom ($34); Crispy Spicy Garlic Spareribs ($22); Stir-fried Grouper with Sanpei sauce ($38); and Four-style Vegetable in sweet Szechuan sauce ($16). Putting the “fun” in Cheung Fun, diners can select from the new Spicy Beef ($10); Pan-fried Dried Shrimp ($8); or Yellow Chive Shrimp ($10) dishes. Rounding out the menu, Seafood Rice with X.O. sauce ($20); Wonton Noodle Soup ($16); and Grilled Honey Char Siu Noodle Soup ($16) complete the new Rice and Noodle offerings.
