Featured cocktails include Cupid’s Clarity, a refreshing blend of Grey Goose vodka, lychee, cherry liqueur, and lemon, and Violette Crush, a sparkling mix of crème de violette, No.3 Gin, and prosecco. On the food side, highlights include a Burrata, Beet & Tomato Salad with yuzu-pickled golden beets and saffron-orange dressing, Charred Beef with marrow-glazed carrots and miso romesco, and a Dirty Chai Crème Brûlée finished with amaretto, pistachio, and fresh berries.
