For one night only, two of Philadelphia’s most celebrated chefs, Mike Solomonov and Marc Vetri, are bringing their culinary talents to Tala Beach, 1 Hotel South Beach’s outdoor restaurant and retreat. On Saturday, February 22nd, from 4 PM to 7 PM, guests are invited to enjoy an unforgettable beachside Sunset Pizza Party.
The longtime friends and James Beard award winners have created a signature menu for the event with expertly crafted Neapolitan pies from Marc Vetri’s acclaimed Pizzeria Salvy and a selection of dishes from Chef Solomonov’s & 1 Hotel’s newest concept AVIV.
Alongside the unlimited artisanal pizzas, guests will also enjoy bottomless Negronis, Spritzes and handcrafted mocktails. A live vinyl DJ will set the mood, creating the perfect atmosphere for enjoying great food, refreshing drinks, and stunning beachside views.
