Bayfront Park Management Trust is proud to present Miami’s premier Fourth of July festival on Biscayne Bay. This year’s celebration will commemorate the Centennial Anniversary of Bayfront Park, a beloved landmark located in the heart of downtown Miami. Taking place on Friday, July 4, 2025, the all-day extravaganza will offer patriotic celebrations promising unforgettable experiences, roaming entertainers, thrilling attractions, themed activations, city official dunk tank, military vehicle and classic car showcase, food, fireworks, live music headliners including Orlando Mendez, the US Navy Band, DJ M-DOT, & Higher Ground.
The July 4th festival at Bayfront Park, produced by Breakwater Hospitality Group, a local multi-concept food and beverage organization, will feature exciting patriotic activations including a hot dog eating competition, American-themed photo opportunities, art installations, giveaways and much more. Throughout the day, festive stilts performers will offer interactive roaming entertainment for the crowds.
“Over the years, Bayfront Park has been known as a gathering place for the Miami Community and this year’s Independence Day Celebration is especially meaningful as we mark the park’s 100th anniversary,” says Raul Miro Jr, Bayfront Park Executive Director. “This free, family-friendly event reflects the vibrant spirit of Miami, bringing together neighbors, visitors and generations of families to celebrate our freedom, our culture and our community. We’re proud to give the city a day of music, celebration, food and fun and we can’t wait to share the excitement with the entire community.”
Complete with three bounce houses, an inflatable obstacle course, four lane dry slide, Military vehicle exhibit, classic car show, & immersive photo ops, a hot dog eating contest with prizes, interactive carnival games, a dunk tank with local officials for charity and roaming performers including circus entertainers, LED robots and Lady Liberty on stilts, the festival will offer entertainment for the whole family. The diverse dining options will spotlight a wide variety of Miami’s local food scene.
In collaboration with Breakwater Hospitality Group, Bayfront Park aims to create the largest and best Fourth of July celebration yet. Breakwater’s expertise in hospitality and event planning has brought fresh energy and dynamic activations to the celebration. Together, the two organizations are excited to present a community-driven event that will bring together locals and visitors alike to celebrate freedom, unity and culture.

Originally called Royal Palm Park and established in 1896, Bayfront Park is the oldest public gathering space in the Greater Miami community. At its inception, Bayfront offered residents a pavilion and some green space to be used for sports and activities. Today, the park has expanded to 32 acres and includes its iconic bandshell, open lawn spaces, a seaside path, sandy beach area, performance venues, VIP seating, tropical rock garden, a historic waterfall from 1926 and sweeping views of Biscayne Bay.
