As Miami prepares to be one of 16 Host Cities for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Miami Host Committee will host Copa del Sol, a three-day community soccer festival and tournament taking place June 5–7 at Lummus Park in Miami Beach.
Part of the Host Committee’s ONE GAME ONE PASSION community programming, Copa del Sol will bring together more than 160 teams from across South Florida for a fast-paced 4v4 mini-pitch competition featuring youth, women’s, competitive, corporate, and open divisions.
Developed by the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Miami Host Committee and produced by Street Soccer USA with official registration platform Plei, the event celebrates the power of soccer to unite communities, cultures, generations, and backgrounds through sport, friendly competition, and shared experiences.
Community and commercial partners supporting the event include Telemundo 51, Hard Rock, University of Miami, Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, Florida Power & Light, Miami-Dade County, and Plei.
Throughout the weekend, fans can enjoy a Parade of Teams, influencer matches, community engagement programming, and a global Guinness World Records™ freestyle soccer activation featuring participants from more than 30 locations around the world.
